ABOUT BUMI SASMAYA FOUNDATION
Bumi Sasmaya Foundation was established in 2017 in Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia with the aspiration to rebuild Bali into a healthy and sustainable island.The Foundation was legislated under the Indonesian Establishment Act No. 05, dated October 23rd, 2017 by Dewa Putu Notary Dipta Dadia Nugraha, S.H, M.Kn. as a social and environmental non-profit organization.
Mission
The main mission of Bumi Sasmaya Foundation is to empower Bali communities to be self-reliant in seeking for sustainable solutions toward a better living environment. Our efforts include:
Increasing community awareness and capacity in solving environmental problems locally, from the ground up
Facilitating the empowerment of community groups, whilst building network and partnerships with civil societies and government and the private sector
Providing seed funding to local solutions that align with our vision
